A big part of the next feature we’re producing is reflecting on the past 20-30 years; this has involved a lot of digging back through memories and photos as well as research into fashion, cultural shifts and especially technology. In looking back over this really formative time and what a great couple of decades we had for film releases (past 5-10 years, far less so), before streamers took over – as a result of this I got to thinking about what films have really been outstanding, and where do more recent films stand in comparison.
I’ve been fortunate enough to see a couple of great films on the big screen this year already that you’ll see pop up below – well worth checking out. Anyway, bring on the nostalgia!
